yeah sure you can, if the exteriors are as nice as the interiors but you must fill a whole plot with the house(s)

wait wait wait! why do you claim several plots together? i don't think a large hotel complex will fit well in the downtown area. perhaps you could move it to another plot somewhere outside the city? there's enough space for this giant complex

@xdexina

here are two possible locations.
yellow is a hill resort hotel spot, while the purple plot could be a hotel for highway travelers. it's up to you

Mike, i told you already that the park is large enough. but ok, you can ask pingyao. ask him why the park isn't larger. but do also tell him that i don't want a larger park.

but you're the only one who wants the larger park -___-
and yes, a city needs green, BUT don't forget that most plots will include buildings AND also a landscape. we will have enough green, belive me!

so Mike, looks like this makes a park expansion impossible? don't worry, you can make a giant park/ natural zone/ whatever in the hilly area once i have finished with them (if you want)

nice.. I will maybe place it in purple one... is the yellow one having inclination, (once it sort of next to a hill i think...)?
if so i could easilly put another project there...
like an hotel or a building such as this:

or this...

Wwoah Woah Woah everyone. We need to think where we want the buisness district, and where all the taller buildings go. Everyone here loves supertalls, so if the downtown is all supertalls, it would make the city unrealistic. I say the end of the peninsula shouldbe where all of the major supertall/high-rises should be, and then the rest should be lower high-rises, midrises, and lowrises.

I agree. Please for the love of god let's make this city realistic, not just the buildings, but the format. We can have boroughs or something that each have their own height limit. Maybe only two buildings above 400m, and some other number above 300m, to make it more organized.
And people need to make realistic lowrises. In the last city, the lowrises (or lack of which) were trying to be architectural marvels. We need brick. These small buildings are hardly even seen, and we need to remember that there are old buildings in the city, not just in the old town, but we need to make buildings from the 20th century, big and small. I completely lost interest in the last one because all the buildings were giant with full glass facades, and there was no skyline.
As Flamesrule said, we really do need this financial center. I vote for the three or four islands at the tip of the peninsula. We need to remember that the taller buildings belong here, and all the other boroughs have short buildings. I see an area at the base of the peninsula that would be great for brick townhouses and run-down projects. I will be focusing on the financial center, since I am terrible at smaller buildings, so I will try to make sure it stays realistic and organized.

Well anyways im done ranting haha, and I hope people agree with me. If it starts looking like the last city, Im going to lose interest and leave.]

I could make a borough map today if you want

Thank you for agreeing with me. Pv had no skyline. We don't want a city like Dubai, we want a city like Toronto, new York, and chicago that all have lowrises, with midrises. Not every single buildif has to be glamorous. In fact there are probably more run down buildings than glassy buildings in a city.

If want this city to be realistic, we still have quite a bit before accepting buildings. We still have planning to do.

Now that is just my thoughts.
