PCPD acquires a site in Jakarta for Grade A office development

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (“PCPD” or the “Company”) (SEHK: 00432) today announced the proposal to acquire a piece of land comprising a site area of 9,277 squares meters located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the development of a 40-storey Grade A office building. PCPD believes this proposed investment will diversify the Company’s property interests in the Asia Pacific region.

Greetings all,

With all of these maginificent constructions planned for Jakarta, will it be accompanied by a transport assessment as well?
Jakarta is already stuffed as it is, logically adding any kind of buildings that will generate traffic will only make it worst. So what's the secret behind the success in applying for the planning application?

Are you guys happy with this?

Shed some lights for me will you ?

actually traffic is indeed a problem in our capital, with crappy overcrowded train system which are not efficient and enough for the entire metropolis, the government are planning to expand public transportation as part of the traffic control by building MRT, monorail and expanding the bus system... but its still not enough... outer and inner ringroads are already built, and expanded continuously
