The most obvious difference is the much larger front fan size of the engines on the A320neo Family planes. I believe the CFM International LEAP-X engine will have a similar large front fan size, too.

I'd love to see those engines on an MD-90!

And about the "enhanced cabin" topic, I really don't know absolutly nothing about that, so I can't tell you if it's a difference or not.

The sharklets are only optional on the ceo while every neo will have them.
However most (or maybe all) customers order their ceo planes with them already.

Initially sharklets were part of the NEO program, Airbus decided to de-risk the NEO by offering the sharklets on the CEO as well.

Orders & deliveries, The month in review : June 2014

Airbus logged orders for 209 aircraft from its A320 Family during the month, led by an undisclosed customer’s booking for 80 new engine option and current engine option (ceo) jetliners – composed of 30 A321neo, 20 A321ceo, 16 A320neo, 10 A320ceo and four A319neo versions; along with another undisclosed customer’s acquisition of 70 A320neos.

The other orders recorded in June were Qantas’ contract for 21 A320neos; the Air New Zealand booking for 10 A320neo and three A321neo aircraft; Aerospace International Group’s acquisition of seven A321ceo and six A320ceo versions; and 12 A320ceos for Synergy Aerospace

With these transactions, total orders for the A320 NEO product line reached 2,843 at the end of June, placed by 55 customers.
http://www.airbus.com/company/market/orders-deliveries/

The undisclosed orders are from China Southern and China Eastern.

Airbus did not mention anything on it's Orders & deliveries page about the 10 A319 (10x United) and 42 A320 (8x United, 1x ACG, 13x Airblue, 20x Undisclosed) cancellations in June.

From the excel sheet with all the orders we could see that United cancelled their remaining A320 orders, now they have none left open after not taking delivery of any A320s for years. The Pakistani airline Airblue also cancelled their open A320 orders. Flightglobal reports that the 20 undisclosed cancellations is actually conversion from ceo to neo by Qantas, this means that they only ordered 1 extra A320.

Net order total in the 1st half of 2014: 311

Are the windows on the neo larger?because i think the a320 windows are very small.
And also will there be any modifications in the cabin, like the Boeing sky interior?

I think larger window sizes are a gimmick and don't add to the flying experience. If anything, the 787 in real operation has shown that it becomes much more of a hassle.

The first ever A320 (MSN 001/F-WWBA) is the first A320ceo to have Sharklets. While MSN 5098 (F-WWIQ, now PK-AZE) is the first production A320ceo, also with Sharklets.

The 787s window size is a huge plus, the electronic dimming can be a hassle and is kind of a gimmick. But big windows are great, makes for a lighter space and some of us taller passengers can actually see out of a 787's windows unlike most planes. I would rank window size behind seat width and legroom for sure but bigger windows are definitely a plus for me.

Speaking of the A320, any news on when will Airbus get their first CFM International LEAP-X engines for flight testing?

Qantas amps up Airbus A320neo order

Qantas has firmed up a three-year old order for the Airbus A320neo with 99 of the next-generation jets due for delivery between 2016 and 2022.
Although the planes are intended for low-cost sibling Jetstar, Qantas has not ruled out drafting A320neos into its domestic fleet, which is currently built around the Boeing 737-800.
The order follows Air New Zealand's order for up to ten A320neo and three A321neo aircraft to sharpen the Kiwi carrier's competitive edge against Qantas on the trans-Tasman market.
The A320neo family uses high-efficiency engines with refined aerodynamics – including new wingtip designs – to deliver a claimed 15 percent saving on fuel, along with lower operating costs and reduced noise.
Airbus expects the A320neo's first test flight in September this year, with delivery to the first customer towards the end of 2015.
The aircraft manufacturer has also tweaked the cabin layout of the A321neo to add an extra 20 seats in a standard all-economy design, although Airbus A320neo executive Klaus Roewe maintains this is not just about "putting more sardines in the can."

IndiGo already has 180 A320neo jets on order, quite unbelievable they need another 200.
