What matters is that if any Serb passes by, he/she will understand. Plus Ahtisaari is happy.

Thursday i was in Belgium,they now have 3 signs when you enter the country and in Luxembourg they changed the speed on motorways,they puted up to 130

no, it wouldn't. that doesn't make any sense. Republika Hrvatske could make some sense (for instance Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo Velike Britanije bla bla... - you have state forom in nominative, and rest in genitive, but United Kingdom demands genitive, while republic doesn't)

Kosovo has expressways but there is no "standard" speed limits due to the expressways being built in different conditions. As far as the motorway is concerned, it will be 130kmh as stated on the Ministry of Transport website.

Serbs: Please stay away from politics in here by trying to suggest that the speed limits of Serbia also apply in Kosovo, they don't and if you are following Serbian speed limits in Kosovo you will get a fine by the Kosovo Police. The Kosovo Transport Police enforce the Kosovo laws regarding the speed limits.

BTW here is an expressway in Kosovo. The speed limit on these roads are usually set at 80kmh depending on the situation.

...and the motorway currently being built in Kosovo, we also expect the start of the second motorway which will connect Prishtine and Skopje soon.

I think the more realistic speed limits are as followed:

---------------------
-35 km/h in cities

-40 km/h on the countryside (in my village its 35kmh)

-60 - 80 km/h between cities

80 km/h on highways (expressways)

130kmh on motorways (staring from October)

on the left top is minor road 60/city 50
in the middle it is Welcome to Fars Province/The beginning of Maintainance zone of Fars road and transport main org.

in the right top it is expressway 110/bottom major road 90
There are no freeways on the sign because there is no freeway in Fars province yet but the speed limit in freeways is 120
