The grey towers have around 55-60 floors, so the main one should be around 300m quite easily. 80% chances to become a supertall imo.

Nop, looks a lot like old Feng Long, but this is in Nanshan.

can't really figure out what option 1 is supposed to be.
option 2 looks great though! and it goes without saying that the height increase is just amazing

just moved up from skyscraper section. i also just added it to the SSP database as well. the very tall tower in the fourth post however is not this building. so there is another even taller tower supposed to come right next to the plot as well.

The renderings posted by Scion, November 2012, do indeed show the (now cancelled) Feng Long center and some other buildings - but which are not this project.
