most local banks like bdo will waive the pre-payment penalties if you pay before the maturity date as agreed. just to be sure, the bank should approve your condition, in writing, that there will be no prepayment penalties.

Gladly my mom and my aunt are putting their investments here. I'll be putting my money in this project as well when I get to close the sale of my lot in Bantayan.

we don't have yet the approved payment scheme for OBP and we cannot even accept reservation payments pending the advice from the office. i only submitted the LOI which is now date-stamped and get my priority number. send your LOI form request to info@ibrokermo.com and have your LOI date-stamped and pre-registered to get priority info access when the inventories are ready for pre-release.

atong ikompara ang duha...

IMO mas ganahan ko sa first rendering apan lang is ang one side, part sa iyang main facade, the one close to and facing directly to the main road, empty ra tan-awon ang wall, angay pa siya butangan more openings...pero in general mas ganahan kos first rendering.
