Ah yea in a way, the first rendering looks alright too. I've just grown a natural dislike at the moment for buildings that use earthy colors (brownish yellow, orange, dark green, dark red, brown). Just because Cebu currently seems to be dominated with these types of buildings. Would be nice to see some fresh new variety for a change. i think the earthy color scheme has lived out its time.

Sorry guys i work in the visual art side of things so i tend to be particular with color and such, hehe. By the way, in construction / architecture -- who's responsible for picking the color scheme of the building? Is it the architect or is there a certain team who's in charge with color selection?

this is a very good investment indeed. where can you find the best fastfood chains, fine dining restaurants, affordable shops and shopping mall, groceries, top hospitals and universities, affordable clubs and restobars in one great location? only in midtown cebu where you'll find comfort in your own city home at base line residences.

all units are unfurnished but finished. it will be "move-in ready" once this project is completed. if you want to rent out your unit and get a higher rental rate, you can hire an interior designer to create a hotel-like suite to entice more quality tenants. investing on the interiors will actually pay off versus an ordinary looking and boring unit with cheap furnishings. a cheap looking unit = cheap rental rate.

this image looks better! I really like condo units with balcony, you get to spend the whole day or night by it, reading a book, having champagne or wine maybe as the sun sets.

after chillin' at the restobars and clubs, home is just a few steps away. you can even tag along your girl friends to keep you company for the night.

the already built la guardia flats looks great versus the rendering. i wouldn't be surprised if this project would even look better than the current rendering. the building's exterior design would look neat and striking once it is completed.

What I'm excited about is how this would improve street level in that block!
