It will depend on the management.

Why can't proposed buildings that look good that are around 115m get approved as quick as this thing

The great city of London doesn´t deserve this aweful stuff... how is possible that someone could call at this horrendous thing a piece of art ?

I like it. I like it more than the Olympic Stadium itself and any of the other Olympic buildings.

In fact, I think it's really the only interesting structure being built at the Stratford site.

Probably because most projects don't have one of the richest men in the world backing them.

I agree to an extent but then it was always going to be a good idea to have a tall tower with a viewing platform at the top. This would be the only place within the park were you would get a such a view of the whole park and it's being privately funded.

I don't like it, but saying that the last shot posted of the stadium, Orbit and the greenery of the park make such a great shot. This is going to be an amazing area once finished. I hope curiosity of the visitors to the park make sure this is not a failed project.

If it proves to be an attraction, it certainly will. But right now it's being built by a handful of people (which is impressive since it's a huge structure).

Both lifts & stairs lead to the bottom floor of the two-floor viewing area/restaurant with a ramp (round the lift shaft) between each floor
