All the Public housing units in Urban Jersey will be torn down and replaced with light density housing. As for the buildings in Paterson , it was a silk town most of them are old. The City plans on Refurbishing the Downtown and Historic Core of the city which has the support of the residents. The Old Abandoned factories are being converted to lofts and apartments.... So Paterson is slowly becoming a nicer city.
