My wife and I just signed our contract. Start na payment next month.
Everyday/night I pass by Tivoli I keep on looking at the development of the building construction of Heliconia.

Can't wait for Feb 2011.

Can't wait for Feb 2011.

I have a feeling heliconia would be complete before end of 2010. Same with Eugenia which RFO'ed almost a year early.

Have a question here, for Eugenia, is the bedroom cabinet included in 2br? For mine is not, while my 2 other friends that also bought 2br in Eugenia have. I m confused here. Btw we have different brokers. Any info on this is much appreciated.

Did your broker talk with you regarding pre-purchase of unit? One may request some furnishing not be included in the turnover.l

well, my broker was 101% sure that the cabinet is not included in the plan, then the other broker said you can asked for it... so I m not sure why is it so... now 2 of my friends have and I don't, which is kindda double standard, isn't it?

You may try to contact the PMO or turnover group of tivoli regarding this. Cabinets should be included in all units unless you wanted it excluded. Sayang din yung extra cabs.

So far, so good... but I am talking about the elevators in Eugenia tower, which has a low occupancy rate pa.

i also have a unit in eugenia. we went there next week and learned that there are 4 units already occupied. turnover of our unit is on december

congrats on your unit! hope you could post some pics once you're done with the interiors. still hoping to save up money so i can also have mine done. dec pa turnover ng unit ko.

hello! marami din palang unit sa eugenia na sa december din ang turnover. question, pwede bang relative na lang ang mag accept sa turnover? do i need to give an authorization to do that? and do i need to inform anybody about it and who?

Haha indi naman, we just needed to move in to an owned place since for now we are just renting. If matatapos agad, mga april pa yung sa interiors. I'll post some pics once done or may output na hehe.

@Jedric, yes just give him a copy of the SPA and authorization letter.

I'll be in Tivoli tomorrow to sign for my parking space PDCs. I'll see if I can visit my unit.. if I do, I'll take pictures!

(take note the floor area and location is exactly like Aphel's ha, no difference there hehe)

Like most of you, I wont get to move in till December 2010. When this happens, party tayo! Mga kapit-units let's PARTAY!

Update: I was told that Eugenia unit owners will have cabinets built in na for all rooms. They only opened that option up for a certain promo period but they decided daw to include everyone.

Please validate with your sales person!

I had the chance to visit my unit today! As you can see, ang dami pang ginagawa at linilinis.. the doors arent even finished yet. Pero excited na ko!!!
