Tech giant IBM Corp. has announced plans to open a business process outsourcing (BPO) facility in Naga City, its first outside Metro Manila, in line with the Philippines’ growing importance in the multinational’s global supply chain.

IBM will thus open up job opportunities in the booming Bicol region, which is home to several top-tier universities that can supply much-needed talent to support IBM’s expansion.

4 years ago, the biggest burger (in Naga City / Bicol) in terms of diameter was Miguel Angelo's Whatta Burger

I don't trust much our government in terms of infrastructure project implementation.. It's taking way too long

Public transport will surely also pass on to passengers the toll charges. By PPP, the government allows private companies to construct, manage and EARN from their investment. And surely they earn much, not to mention the regular kickbacks and SOP's that go to the government officials.

Another problem maybe is that neighbors living across the highway may no longer be neighbors once they are separated by an expressway. Will they just convert the existing highway or construct a completely new one?

I don't mean any offense about the neighbor problem, but why do we need to be concerned about it? Besides, newer expressways usually are built outside residential areas, eg SLEX (although parts of it in South Metro Manila are very near it). I think (and hope) they'd do the same in the CSEx.
