Θα ήθελα να μάθω, αν δεν υπήρχε περιορισμός ύψους, πόσο ψηλό θα μπορούσε να κτιστεί το tower 25... Υπάρχει κανείς στο φόρουμ που είναι πολιτικός μηχανικός να μας εξηγήσει; βάσει βέβαια των τωρινών θεμελίων του κτιρίου.

I can't say its a race, race for what actually. The race will begin with the real highrises (25+). Buildings like this we have them for years, the only difference are the 3-4 extra floors which are not so significant but is a progress anw. The most important on this building is its architecture that makes it unique, height is not always enough, the design is also important. I can say that Nicosia has the most beautiful buildings and also the mosts in numbers in Cyprus and this is a work of many many years of development. We have buildings that were constructed many years ago, and because of their modern architecture they still look impressive. (Laiki HQ, Universal Life HQ, Yiorkio, Capital Center, Laiki Insurance HQ, and so on).

Especially in Nicosia most of the tall buildings in the town center are from 8 to 13 floors, and they are too many so the need for change is crucial because the city cannot expand further any more, we have to expand in height.

Shacolas Tower: 14-15 floors
Yiorkio: 13 Floors
Kritikos Tower: 11 or 12 Floors
etc.
