Trivandrum's Upcoming malls.

As many as half a dozen mall projects are all set to begin on various locations in Trivandrum. Lets ourselves get updated on these much awaited lifestyle projects.

The work is about to start at the prime area at Plamood, Pattom....Superb piece of area they have got here...Once this mall gets completed, its sure to be a super hit hangout place for Trivandrumites...But i think it will be ready only by around late 2013 or early 2014...

This huge building has filled a large area of the Pattom Junction...I am sure that on completion, the building will add a lot of class and beauty to Pattom Junction...Although it may not have the size of a huge shopping mall, it still promises to give the experience of a high standard shopping mall.. Lets wait and see... Total area is around 50000 sq.feet..Will be ready to occupy in a couple or more months...

Jos Alukkas has started work for their mall project behind JOY Alukkas showroom. The piling has started and the work is going on in good pace. Any idea abt the area and perstective of this project?

This is a new building coming up around 150 m down the pattom-kowdiar road. Is this the one you are refering to?? Surely its a commercial complex.

It's been more than a year since the project been announced .Construction seems to be moving in a very slow pace .

Yes, they started work last year and stopped. But now i think now the construction work started again.

I found today some huge construction work going on just near this mall. So many construction vehicles are there. Anyone know what it is??

any idea why they stopped the construction??They had a very big starting..good publicity.

Does Nikunjam saras design has an atrium??floor plans in their site says otherwise.

regarding that construction work near Big i i ithink its L&T's raw material processing plant for technopark phase III.not sure
