ช.การช่างปรับลดเป้ารายได้ปีนี้ลงกว่า 33% เหลือ 8 พันล้านบาท จากเดิมที่คาดไว้ 1.2 หมื่นล้านบาท เหตุการรับรู้รายได้จากโครงการวงแหวนบางพลี-บางนา เลื่อนออกไปอีก เผยขณะนี้มีมูลค่างานในมือกว่า 2.2 หมื่นล้านบาท ตั้งเป้ารับงานประมูลโครงการสาธารณูปโภคขนาดใหญ่ภาครัฐมูลค่า 6.45 แสนล้านบาท หรือสัดส่วน 20% ของมูลค่ารวม

นายประเสริฐ มริตตนะพร ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่สายงานบัญชีและการเงิน บริษัทช.การช่าง เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทได้มีการปรับประมาณรายได้รวมปีนี้ลดลงจากเดิมที่คาดการณ์ว่า จะมีรายได้รวม 1.2 หมื่นล้านบาท ลดลงเหลือเพียง 8 พันล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 33.33% โดยเฉพาะครึ่งปีแรกมีรายได้รวม 2,965 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ใกล้เคียงกับปี 2546 ที่มีรายได้รวม 8,068 ล้านบาท โดยสาเหตุที่มีการปรับเป้าลดลง เนื่องจากได้รับผลกระทบจากการรับรู้รายได้ในส่วนของโครงการวงแหวนบางพลี-บางนา ที่มีมูลค่าโครงการประมาณ 1.5 หมื่นล้านบาท โดยรายได้บางส่วนจะไปรับรู้ในปีหน้า ส่งผลให้ปี 2548 คาดว่าจะมีรายได้รวมประมาณ 1.2 หมื่นล้านบาท จากโครงการที่มีอยู่ในมือขณะนี้มีมูลค่ารวมประมาณ 2.25 หมื่นล้านบาท

นายประเสริฐ ยังได้กล่าวถึงโครงการสาธารณูปโภคขนาดใหญ่ของภาครัฐบาลที่จะเกิดขึ้นใน 6 ปีข้างหน้าที่มีมูลค่ากว่า 6.45 แสนล้านบาทนั้น บริษัทก็มีความสนใจในการเข้าประมูลร่วมด้วย โดยคาดว่า จะสามารถรับงานในโครงการดังกล่าวได้ประมาณ 20% ของมูลค่างานทั้งหมด โดยล่าสุด บริษัทได้ซื้อซองประมูล เพื่อยื่นประมูลงานงานโครงการทางเชื่อมรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินจากมักกะสันถึงสนามบินหนองงูเห่า ที่มีมูลค่า 2.6 หมื่นล้านบาท

ขณะเดียวกันบริษัทกำลังรอเซ็นสัญญาในโครงการจ้างงานก่อสร้างมหกรรมพืชสวนโลก มูลค่าโครงการ 1.19 พันล้านบาท ส่วนโครงการที่รอผลการประมูลราคามี 2 โครงการคือ โครงการงานส่วนต่อขยายรถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอส ส่วนที่ 1-3 มูลค่าโครงการ 9.54 พันล้านบาท โครงการวางสายไฟฟ้าใต้ดินมูลค่า 4.49 พันล้านบาท

ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่สายงานบัญชีและการเงิน บริษัทช.การช่าง ยังได้กล่าวถึงความคืบหน้าในการออกหุ้นกู้ 3 พันล้านบาทว่า จากเดิมที่กำหนดแผนว่าจะออกหุ้นกู้ภายในไตรมาสสาม แต่จากสถานการณ์อัตราดอกเบี้ยที่มีความไม่แน่นอน ทำให้ต้องชะลอแผนการออกหุ้นกู้ออกไปเป็นไตรมาส 4 ของปีนี้ ซึ่งได้แต่งตั้งให้ธนาคารกสิกรไทยเป็นที่ปรึกษาการเงินและตัวแทนจำหน่าย โดยหุ้นกู้ดังกล่าวจะมีอายุประมาณ 3-5 ปี สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ในการออกหุ้นกู้ครั้งนี้ทางบริษัทจะนำเงินส่วนหนึ่งไปลดต้นทุนทางการเงิน (รีไฟแนนซ์) เงินกู้เดิมที่มีอัตราดอกเบี้ยสูง และส่วนที่เหลือจะนำมาเตรียมโครงการต่าง ๆ

ขณะที่นายวรพจน์ อุชุไพบูลย์วงศ์ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารงานโครงการ บริษัทช.การช่าง กล่าวว่า แม้รายได้รวมของบริษัทในปีนี้จะมีอัตราใกล้เคียงกับปีที่ผ่านมา แต่ในแง่ของกำไรสุทธิจะดีกว่าปี 2546 ที่มีกำไรสุทธิ จำนวน 285 ล้านบาท โดยสาเหตุที่กำไรเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากในปีนี้จะได้รับปันผลระหว่างกาล จากบริษัททางด่วนกรุงเทพ(BECL) ที่บริษัทเข้าไปถือหุ้นในจำนวน 100 ล้านบาท นอกจากนั้น บริษัทยังสามารถควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการก่อสร้างในโครงการต่างๆ ได้ดี จึงทำให้กำไรเพิ่มขึ้น

สำหรับผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาส 3 บริษัทคาดว่าจะดีกว่า ไตรมาส 2 ที่ผ่านมา เนื่องจากจำนวนโครงการที่ประมูลได้ใหม่เพิ่มขึ้นจากช่วงไตรมาส 2 ที่มีมูลค่างานในมือ 5-6 พันล้านบาท แต่ปัจจุบันมูลค่างานในมือของบริษัทเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 2.2 หมื่นล้านบาท และหากบริษัทเซ็นสัญญาโครงการจ้างงานก่อสร้างมหกรรมพืชสวนโลก 2549 มูลค่าโครงการ 1199 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะทำให้มูลค่าโครงการมือของบริษัทเพิ่มเป็น 2.3 หมื่นล้านบาท

I guess it should be along with the current subway line.

I remember reading an article in the newspaper a year ago saying they want to do sukhumvit road, rama 4 and some other areas, i cant remember.

I also got a letter like a year ago saying they wanted to put the wires undersround in Asoke, dont know what the status is though.

I think this project is on Ratchadamnoen Avenue.....I'm not so sure.

i remember they will do it on 3 main streets, sukhumvit, phaholyothin and.... i can't remember

Beach Road utilities go underground

'Spaghetti' cables and wires will disappear

Pattaya?s 250 million baht project of relocating all above ground cables on Beach Road has finally started. Construction crews are now busily digging the 3.4-kilometer trench in which all telephone, TV and electrical cables will be placed underground.

The project, which was approved last September and due to start earlier this year, failed to begin due to the changing of the city?s management team, but it is now back on track. The process should take about 9-12 months to complete.

Yonyuth Parnsri, Pattaya building control supervisor told reporters, ?The project has now become a reality. It was initially due to start in June, but because of the changeover in city management and the constant rain it was delayed. We expect to finish the project in February 2005.?

All cables from the Dolphin Roundabout in North Pattaya down to Walking Street will be removed and placed in specially designated pipes.

Mayor Niran Wattanasartsathorn commented, ?This is a great project, as far as city development. We received the approval for 250 million baht and have begun construction. It will beautify the beachfront and has won great approval from residents and tourists alike. It is also safer for the public. The project will be complete in approximately a year because all cables and power poles will need to be carefully removed.?

The mayor added the city also intends to deal with numerous street signs along Beach Road and keep them in complete order.
