เรื่อง การบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ

ในวันที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2548 เวลา 13.30 น. สำนักการโยธา กรุงเทพมหานครได้จัดให้มีการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงร่วมมือ โครงการนำสายลงดินในกรุงเทพมหานคร ระหว่างกรุงเทพมหานครกับการไฟฟ้านครหลวงและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีการต่างๆ วางไว้ใต้ดิน ณ ห้องอเนกประสงค์ ชั้น 1 ศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร ถนนดินสอ โดยผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร(นายอภิรักษ์ โกษะโยธิน ) ได้ลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงดังกล่าวกับผู้ว่าการการไฟฟ้านครหลวง กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน ) กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด (มหาชน ) และกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน )

ข้อตกลงดังกล่าวมีสาระสำคัญคือ หน่วยงานต่างๆ กำหนดนโยบายร่วมกันเพื่อให้เกิดความคล่องตัวและความร่วมมือในการนำสายเคเบิลวางไว้ใต้ดิน คือ

1. การไฟฟ้านครหลวง จะถือเป็นภารกิจเร่งด่วนในการนำเสาไฟฟ้าออกจากถนนพระรามที่ 1 ถนนเพลินจิต ถนนราชดำริ ถนนพระรามที่ 6 ถนนราชวิถี ถนนสุโขทัย ถนนพิชัย ถนนอู่ทองใน ถนนราชดำเนินนอก ถนนพิษณุโลก ในปี 2549 ถนนพหลโยธิน ถนนประดิพัทธ์ ถนนพญาไท ถนนศรีอยุธยา ถนนเพชรบุรี ในปี 2550 – 2551 ถนนสุขุมวิท ในปี 2552

2. การไฟฟ้านครหลวง บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน ) บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด (มหาชน ) และบริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน ) จะร่วมกันวางสายสาธารณูปโภคไว้ใต้ดินตามโครงการปรับปรุงนำสายลงดินในเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์ของกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ถนนราช-ดำเนินกลาง ถนนราชดำเนินใน ถนนท้ายวัง ถนนวัดพระเชตุพน ถนนหน้าบริเวณท่าช้าง ในปี 2549 ถนนหน้าพระลาน ถนนสนามไชย ถนนข้าวสาร ในปี 2550
