LOWER PAREL | One Avighna Park | 266 m | 64 fl | U/C

Under construction in Lower Parel, on the former site of the New Islam Mills rises One Avighna Park. Two luxury residential towers each with 55 floors, atop a 9 storey podium. The towers are apart of the first cluster development scheme, which is being built by Avighna India LTD. The development also includes seven 23 floor rehabilitation towers for former residents of the mill and a 35 floor commercial tower.

The renderings look like glorified slums. I hope it doesn't turn out like that in reality.

I disagree with that. I think the top will look great and the base is very nice. We shall see when this is done.

Yes, it will probably be around that height. Maybe 240 at the top of that feature on the roof.

It's hard to tell how the project will look like in reality, the renders they have up are not close enough to tell the real detail of the tower. I rather like it, it will really add to the skyline.

One Avighna Park encompassing seven acres will include a 64- storeyed luxury residential project, One Avighna Park will offer 8 floors of podium parking with a capacity of 2,200 cars, There will be seven 23 storey buildings (the rehabilitation component), a 35 storey commercial structure and two 64-storey residential buildings

Confirmation of construction? It's already up to the 6th floor

And if the podium is 8 floors that means 56 residential floors not 55.

done but one question then why they building another 23 flr for rehabilitation for whom? if its mill land, then why its needed?

They demolished the chawls that were on the same compound as the mill. That's why the are building those seven 23 storey towers for the 500 former residents.
