That's why they had to demolish all those old buildings and build new project with high towers with underground parking.

It's the only way.

Im not sure that parking on the roof is a good idea.
1. Im not sure that the building is strong enough.
2. The residense of the top floors will suffer of noise.
3. It's ugly.

what about the other towers planned next to it?
has work started or this is the only one uc?
because in the last photo theres another small crane next to it.
