Sangam, Naini Bridge nd Allahabad Fort.
The Pics were taken with the help of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), so the quality of the pics is not that good. The pics were posted on facebook by the administrator of ALLAHABAD page. Permission has been taken from him to upload these pics on this site.

Yamuna the GR8!!
These pics show the River Yamuna in its full glory and expanse!!Such a beautiful, Massive, Critical and xtremely Important river which has been neglected and polluted beyond repair.. especially around Delhi..
Hope that the govt. would some day realize how big a blessing it is for India to have the luxury of such rivers and begin to value it by building pollution control and cleaning projects all along... If someone from the arid regions of Africa or Middle East see this pic. they would b able to tell the value of such a treasure of Fresh water all year round!! And this is just one of say.. 50 Great rivers which India is blessed with...not speaking of small and yet crucial rivers and streams! Hope they ave the fresh water Rivers for future!! don't let this happen to them ..  turn it into its original state..

Maha Kumbh
we love to hate governments / officials and political class but when success is achieved we close our eye and just ignore the event and still work on to find fault and wait for some kind of approval from some foreign land.
Organization of Maha Kumbh is a scale not many of us can imagine / comprehend / understand. Indian Media played as usual negative role and mostly ignored the effort gone behind to organize the event. http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/m.../1/250404.html between 10 Jan and 25th Feb BSNL alone registered 4 crore calls from the kumbh town In 55 days estimated 10 crore people will take the bath. If we assume one meal per person then min of 10 crore meals prepared in 55 days in Allahabad!!! How govt managed the Logistics? During my stay I could not find any inflation in food price and also could not find any problem is supply of any food item.
