Obviously at those prices, not being built for Ghanaians. What percentage of Ghanaians are actually enjoying all these developments? 1? 1.3%?

Oh come off it. its built for any entities or individuals that require Class A office and can offer $35-40 per sqm. period. I can give u a long list of Ghanaian companies that fit the bill but the truth is, a lot of the banks and larger corporations would rather build owner-occupied/purpose built buildings (e.g. MTN House). However the Class C market seems to be shrinking and giving way to Class B and A growth so you could see some of the smaller offices that currently are in converted homes move into Class B properties while the former tenants of those move into places like this.

I get paid to research this stuff, I know.

Why so many cynics on this forum?? I deal in CONSTRUCTIVE critiquing (no pun intended)
