I guess this is where the P3 billion from Jolibee goes. Wais din tong si Injap. Diversification kaagad ang nasa isip after letting go of 70% of Mang Inasal.

Good that he diversified into something bigger and not to his other waste of money venture(deco's) hehehe anyway, if i have a liquid P3B, matulog kag makaon na lang ko ya

but i passed by the site yesterday, there were security guards already at the entrance and the old structure inside the fence is now being demolished....

the news said it will be launched 2nd quarter and so we will expect the groundbreaking and render by April-June...but i hope the render will come out earlier...
