lupit naman ng contractor na yan at more than 200% ang profit anyway, typo man o hindi ang P250million, ang importante may malaking project sa Iloilo..This will surely dominate the city's skyline

lets say 50,000 pesos per sqm? for a 1,000 sqm by 21 floors cost about 1,050,000,000...is this the right price you people aftering??? well it is the market value per sqm sold by the building owner and developer, ang project csot and budget ng building ay ang buong halaga,but the cost is so much cheaper than that....kwentahin nyo lahat ang mga sinasabi nyong bilyong bilyong projects at himay himayin nyo kung magkano ang per square meters at icompare nyo sa mga selling price dito sa manila...the everage condo or commercial buildings here are priced around 50-65 thousand pesos, ofcourse the high prices range from 80-113 thhou per square....yung hallways di nyo binabayaran..

a P250 million budget for a 21 storey building might be impossible but who knows mang Inasal started from small, basi may mga suppliers nga maka barato siya, he did it with mang inasal's marketing success (unlimited rice) and I guess he'll do the same here, he's a great businessman and I think he could pull it off or else he's a fool building this project in the first place.
