Preperation works on Pasifik Insaat's mixed-use project; located on the junction of the Eskisehir and Konya roads have been under way for some time.

We have some detailed renders now so it seems like a good time to open a thread. The main project with the 32 & 23 fl building and shopping center is 180000m^2 and the smaller adjacent plot is 37000m^2. No additional info about the project is available at the moment.

Finally.. But I am very dissapointed.. It is the best spot of the Eskişehir Road and it just looks like a simple gap-filler.

I hope they look better when they are done.

Agreed. The renders don't do the project justice IMO.

The 29-floor office tower looks very much like the Jumeirah Frankfurt hotel (almost like its exact copy).

inşaat durmuş gibi proje değişebilir ... inşallah akılları başına dank eder de daha modern bir yapı çıkar...

2 gün önce geçtiğimde tüm hızıyla devam ediyordu, fotoğraflara bakarak mı durdu dedin yoksa 2 gün içinde gelişen bir olaymı ?
