Ohh, Project X a show-case of Japanese pride and achievements.
As many high-lighted within this show says we persist to achieve a thought to be unreachable goal.
A mindset that made Japan what is today and a legacy that should not be forgotten.

For thosewho are interested,here is a link to the entire list of program.

Project X ~The Challengers(Sorry only in Japanese)

The program started in the year 2000 and lasted for five years with 187 titles.
Amongst the titles 007 is about the development of the Shinaksen, 009 the construction of the Shinkai 6500 deep water manned submersible, 016 and 017 is about the development of the YS-11, 021 about the construction of the Tokyo Tower, 052 construction of the Kasumigaseki Building, 055 the development of the H-2 rocket, 067 the construction of the tunneling machine that tunneled the channel tunnel, 074 the restoration of Angkor Wat, 176 the complete cultivation of the blue fin tuna, 181 the development of the Suica card etc.
It's not just about technological breakthrough there are stories about athletes, treatment against patients from the Sarin nerve gas attack and other thought to be impossible endeavors.
It's just a great show.

== Edit ==
This program was very popular and was selected as No.1 show that the PTA wanted children to watch for four consecutive years.
Another trivial although I really do not it's authenticity is that it is said that Vietnam high ranked official used this program as research material to study why Japan had been able to become the second economy after burned down to ashes after the war.

Suntory created a parody of a program for their Boss canned coffee CM. (It is a homage to 003 the construction of the Seikan Tunnel .)

Here is a link to a title that probably many had been looking for, title 007 the hidden story about the development of Shinaksen.

Only in Japanese but the three main men are technician and researchers from the war and met many difficulties carrying a heavy cross over their shoulders.
