Love the street wall effect. I wish Seattle didn't try to hard to make buildings look smaller in other cases.

Wow. That's so much more inviting than the old QFC parking lot. I wish there were more ground-level variation, but that may come in time as the people living their personalize their entrances.

Hard to believe that entire block was 1-level structures and a huge parking lot.
Anyone remember Taco Bell (drive-through?)?
