non sarebbe molto più bello se ci fosse un giardino di fronte alla stazione, come in piazza carlo felice?

we have to wait private investors interest to start the construction...

once completed, turin will have its "twin towers" (together with the new intesa-sanpaolo bank tower) along the most important avenue built above the underground railway link

it would be nicer a park there, with trees and gardens (as in piazza carlo felice, in front of porta nuova station) instead of a skyscraper.

How about a shorter skyscraper instead? Also, what is the height limit in Torino again?

it depends on the area where it is built.
officially the limit of 166 m near the porta susa railway station is due to the fact that is along the airplane landing path.

the highest planned skyscraper is the piedmont region HQ (201 m) in the lingotto area.

Looks interesting, but the renders are of a very poor quality.
