A piece of administrative information that 747classic found however also points to 1437 perhaps being prepped for a customer as well. She apparently is scheduled for a C1 TBD and Delivery TBD.

Maybe the unidentified order from June 4th isn't this Atlas order and there are two singletons that will be delivered this year!
LN 1437 is being ferried from VCV back to PAE after paint tonight. I will be curious if it's all white or in Atlas colors.

I believe there are many claiming that she is in ABC colors and that 1520 will be the one that goes to Atlas. Hopefully we'll see soon enough, although I'm guessing you'll see before most of the rest of us.

It does make me wonder which frame that is sitting there as the un-identified order from June. There is also an allocation in the firing line for a 15th Cathay Pacific freighter which hasn't shown up anywhere yet in terms of an actual order. This is also something that they have done before, so ordering a singleton without any big announcement wouldn't be terribly unusual for them.

I'm sorry I forgot what its registration was.
During Asian Economic downturn in the 90's QF purchased 3 x OZ/MH GE powered B744's. The registrations of the aircraft were VH-OEB,C & D.

She is indeed in ABC colors. Editing pics now and will post shortly. Also have pictures of Silkway and other 747's at PAE taken from the ATC Tower.

Some news about 747-400

It looks like LN1312 B-2461 will return to service with China Southern. Flight was PVG-CAN
http://www.flightradar24.com/data/airplanes/B-2461

LN1380 LX-JCV got Cargolux title and logo. I wonder why they aren't painting these birds in their regular livery... Repainting it from Southwest livery into white wasn't free.

MH? I thought all of MH's Boeing 747-400 were all powered by P&W engines?

I did checked the airfleets, and yes the OEB is a former Asiana plane. While the OEC and OED were former Malaysia Airlines planes. But when both of these former MH planes were dumped at Victorville, both planes had GE CF6 engines, instead of PW4000. I wonder if these planes were re-engined before entering Qantas?

Wow. That is stunning. For which airline will that particular aircraft be owned and operated?
