The Lamborghini is amazing

certainly because it comes with a lot of special features

The Gallardo will also be used in First Aid activities. It has special advanced defribillator equipment, which performs electrocardiograms and automatic diagnoses. It can be used for the fast transportation of plasma and human organs for transplants.

Apart from being fitted with medical equipment, the vehicle also has advanced technological apparatus for receiving and transmitting information and images relating to particularly critical situations such as road traffic accidents, fires and other disaster situations :

-it has a satellite navigation system with GSM microtelephone
-the Provida system with LCD-screen and digital cameras which records violations and sends images in real time
- a computer that has a direct connection to the Police database
-Elsag "Autodetector"system for automatic number plate recognition
-standard VHF-Polizia equipment

It can be used in bad weather conditions also due to it's high performance with permanent four-wheel drive and special "SUB-ZERO" snow tyres developed by Pirelli for Lamborghini vehicles.

In short : it's a SUPER-CAR !!

The Lamborghini takes the cake, but for practical police cars I reckon the Australian ones are best looking by far.

India's Finest

As you can see in the informational sign the cops are with you as well as at your door............... if you are on the other side of the LAW(atleast thats what I am taking it to mean). Also its no 911(americas emergency #) but the number is kinda catchy....eventually. For vehicles the gallardo is nice also the japanese have the skylines and stis(not really comparing) won't be running away from any of those to soon.

I don't have any picture though.

PS. Here the Commodore, the Monaro and the Stateman are sold as Chevrolet Lumina (sedan and Coupe) and Caprice, of course LHD.
I think Monaco uses similar European luxury cars for the police, but there again almost everyone in Monaco has a luxury car.

Are the Crown Victoria cars in the US still popular for the police?

In Saudi they mainly use Chevrolets and 3 door Mits Pajeros.
In Brunei, most are Holdens(Australian brand). Others would be BMW 5 series, Proton Wira(Malaysian brand) and Toyota Vios.

Crown Victorias, Caprices, and Impalas are the most popular police cruisers.
