Seriously why do people spam like half a dozen pictures of an entirely different project in this thread? Only for the statement "This place reminds me of a skyscraper Greenland Tower Chengdu"?? That sentence alone had been enough.

Quite right, it confused several people thinking that they were the same project.

For some reason this reminds me of the Huaguoyuan Project in Guiyang.

This area will look great at night with One Shenzhen Bay on the "right" (south) of this project.

Actually, One Shenzhen Bay would be behind this view! To the right IS Shenzhen Bay

Don't think so... the view is from Shenzhen Bay... you can see the bridge and the lake in the render... also the sport center far right.

So OSB will appear on the left side of the render, CRH is on the right.

It would not be behind... would be on the left.

I was wrong too, even if I knew the position, just mistake left with right.

But One Shenzhen Bay could be a little taller. It is almost twice as tall as the residential building (taller one) next to it.

Yeah one shenzhen bay doesnt look supertall on there, and that although it should be closer to the camera. I think in reality it will look much bigger and the two will complement each other really nicely

Yepp, it's really beautiful and harmonic. And it rises fast
It's similar to my favorite skyscraper in London:
