but yeah i kinda agree that this will most likely be quite forgotten about considering a taller one is already rising in the same city and another even taller one is planned.

lol it will be the main tower of this CBD so it's still very nice. However a much bigger CBD is being built a few km to the west (Qianhai). Only in China!

We might see a sharp decrease of the building height as the current height did not pass the aviation board committee approval. It's possible that the height will be revised to 400m.
