Great start! I'd like to see how that supertall work out, though as DS pointed out, make it a little slimmer. But its all up to you. Will wait for the final outcome

I decided to put the supertall on-hold. Mostly because of my lack of new ideas for the building. For the meantime, I'm playing around w/ Kerky and SU and created a small pool.

Stopped working on the skyscraper for a while and started a new house. Exteriors are almost done but interiors have not yet started.

I did a refresh on the supertall's design and height. I lowered the height from 600m to 420+m. I made it a bit more modern, too. I don't think everyone will like it. Here you go:
 Whatcha think? Any improvements? Gonna try to put some cladding these next few weeks.

I think it will look awsome if you make a brick/concrete facade for it

After a long time, I started to make more projects using SketchUp. I decided to stick to low-rise buildings or houses because I can't handle making highrises at this time.
Here's my new project: My take on low-cost housing. A 56 sq.m. house with 2 bedrooms and 1 T&B. Interior renders coming soon. Here is the initial render:

Hey guys! I took a very long break from SketchUp as I got very busy in school. Here are two of my new creations, although they're not yet done.
 One on the left is a 67-storey skyscraper, which will house a 5-star hotel, Grade-A office spaces, and commercial spaces at the ground floor. The one on the right is a residential skyscraper which will have huge, exclusive unit cuts. The one under the tower on the right (with the round white structure) will be a mall with high-end shops and restaurants. I might be able to finish this within the week, and I'll be posting the new renders, too.
