Hello! I'm Back, and I have started to create my newest project. It is a Master-planned community which will bring together a live-work-play concept in one place. Sort of what like Eastwood City or Rockwell Center is in Manila. I have started to create the first few structures and road networks in the community. Here is a teaser render:

The name of this project will be the Lanang Business Park, located in Lanang, Davao City, Philippines.

The first structures in the Business Park are: (L-R) One Lanang Tower, a 28-storey building which will house the 240-room Novotel Davao Hotel on the 10th-27th Floor and will feature the amenity area at the top floor. It will also house some offices and retail spaces. Quirino Towers, three 33-storey towers which will house 1050 residential units and retail spaces and parking spaces at the podium. K Lanang Mall, a 5-storey mall with a department store, a supermarket, 6 cinemas, a bowling alley and over 200 commercial spaces.

I have a new project coming up: Parkway Central at BGC. Here's a teaser render of the cladding. I'll be able to finish this by the year-end.

Here's my new project: Parkway Central. Rising 61-storeys above ground, and with the height of 266 meters, it is expected to be the tallest residential building in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), and the 2nd tallest building in the Philippines. It has 10 units per floor and 8 bi-level units at the top floors. I'm still working on the podium, so expect an update tomorrow.

Here's my new project: Senterra, a mixed-use development which features The Alegria Towers, a 2-tower development with huge units (only 6 per floor), and the Senterra E-Services Center, a 15-storey building which will house BPO's and Call Centers. I'm still on the process of finishing the central park and the mall.

P.S. I started using SU Podium V2 for my renders instead of Kerkythea. I find it easier to use than Kerky, as it's less complicated.
