55 L is for a Studio Apartment, i.e. one room including kitchen. Other 2,3,4,5-BHK would obviously be much much more expensive.

It would just be a 400-500 sq ft hall with kitchen and 1 washroom ....55 lacs are heavy price for it...and its final end cost would be around 62-63 Lacs all inclusive...

So now we have our fourth possible skyscraper city after Mumbai, Hyderabad (most of them are only planned, they are not doing shit though), Gujarat's GIFT and now Delhi.

personally like the M3M Golf Estate iconic Tower...and then SuperNova....5 years and Delhi will have a nice set of skyscrapers...
