most marketing expert always test new products here in cebu because cebu market is hard to please. if your product succeeds in cebu then your product will do good in other parts of the country. mao na nangahadlok ang mga developers basin unya langawon ang ilang project kung bati. mausik lang ilang investment. kung mo-invest man gani mas maayong i-todo nalang nila para dili masayang.

sir i respect your opinion pero naa ba sila gi violate na rules in this forum na mo merit na dapat sila badlungon? Just asking lang ha just to keep me inform and the rest of those reading this post. IMO if wala sila gi violate na rules then there is no need to stop them from expressing what they feel if naa sila gi violate then dapat lang na badlungon sila. Dili man gud tanan and member sa SSC cebu so dili pod tanan ni agree kung unsa man gani ang naka sabutan sa group. Hope you can clear this out para maka sabot ang uban.

yup, gi violate sa uban ang rules sa SSC Philippines (not SSC Cebu group lang)... just ask the mods about it. Ang violations nga post, i delete na sa mods like ang posts nga mopa ignite og CVC like sa gi post ni @Lakawero nga post ni @gud2ya nga yaga yaga ra...

Nakahinumdum nuon ko sa-una nga gilalis ko about aning character sa Cebuano market, ga-ego tripping lang daw kuno ko But glad to know someone from the business sector affirms this. Cebu is really a different market, but while the metropolis is getting very cosmopolitan, consumerism/consumer culture is also growing. I dunno if this is good or adverse to the reputation of Cebu's market.

Cebuanos are highly-opinionated (i dunno if there's such a term) and have very diverse thinking. Thus you see a lot of Cebuano designers doing good because we think differently. Cebuanos have high regard for quality og ang Cebuano trait na "dili magpauto o magpailad" kay moprangka ug tubag ang mga Cebuano. Another trait is "we love our own"...proud of being a Cebuano and Cebu-made goods.

About consumerism, it isn't bad at all because Cebuanos love good quality products and even patronize those who offer value-for-money goods and merchandize. thus you see a lot of entrepreneurs in cebu including our muslim brothers prosper here. according to rep. tomas osmeña, "cebu is one big chinatown". everywhere you see people sell and bargain and cebuanos patronize them big time.

salamat sa imong tubag bai ako btaw kng naa ko dili ganahan sa post dili nalang ko mo tubag para walay gubot pero naa jud usahay na mo init akong dunggan hehehe. anyway back to the topic nindot jud ipalit ug condo unit sa SM Seaside City Complex kay completos rekados :-) naa nay mall naa pa jud church, school ug hospital naa pa jud SMX. Btw nalibog ko unsay hitsura sa church. Dili nako ma imagine and design niya na naa sa gipang post na pics.

About sa fire, bilib lang ko sa management sa SM in times of fires... Han-ay kaayo sila mopatuman sa evacuation sama adtong nasunog ang 3rd floor sa SM City sa una, dali ra kaayo sila naka pa evacuate sa mga taw....

pero bai, lahi sab kaayo ang set-up sa SM oy...lapad kaayo ang lugar kumpara sa Rob nga gip-ot kaayo...though, dili na excuse pero mas dali gyud mapatuman sa SM because of its size and multiple exits..
