this one is really a very big and exciting project for Cebu. Congratulations Cebu! You deserve these kind of projects. Hope this will stir a Healthy competition between Manila and Cebu flagships, as well to other cities. Imagine our country where all citiess are very competitive.

btw.

the design and render looks very beautiful and massive. I wonder how Manila's MoA will react on this one. This will give them a big run for their money.

I think this mall is one of the longest construction days
to accomplish. Mga 5 years for the whole mall. Planning
stage pa diay sila. Pwede pa mailisan ang design ug name.

planning stage siguro referring to two months time-frame before the official announcement

yeah as far as the announcement coming from Mr. Sy himself, in two years time mahuman na ang mall. then around 5 years after nila launch ang residential projects. so siguro 5 years from now, human na ang mall, hotels and the convention center.

5 years before nila sugdan ang condos

and before nila sugdan ang condos human na ang mall after two years, say 2012 or beyond

at least thtats what they announced sa press.

big run for their money? i dont think so, that would be corporate suicide. im sure these moves were carefully planned by SMIC.
