Twice. Both of them driving 149 km/h on motorways.
It is allowed 120 km/h and police radar gave 20% margin, so they started stopping at 144 km/h.

First time I got angry with situation because it was a 20 km straigh with no traffic... but limit was limit... and fine was 140 EUR (30% less if paying within 15 days).

Second time I was not stopped but fine arrived by mail. I remembered I had a radar flash for a photo some months before and... it was that.
I asked the photo and documentation about the radar and... radar calibration had expired in the date of the case. I wrote about that and never payed the fine.
