Most of them are. Over 3/4 of tram lines were built after 1945:

Tarchomin line is a proverbial drop in the bucket (btw, the first phase of Tarchomin line - the bridge and not much more - was opened on Jan 2013):

And that's how it should look like

Officially in love with Warsaw

As a daughter of another city that survived a very hard war, first victim, much ahead of many other towns, of the Spanish civil war, called MADRID, I guess Warsaw is a beautiful example of how citizens can love their town and work hard until they get her back. We sort of did something similar (the rates of destruction were somehow lower in Madrid, but then, there was DESTRUCTION in there. I guess Warsaw and Madrid are sort of twin sisters. Let's give them the place they deserve in contemporary Europe.

Glad they are sprucing up New Town - I love the charm of it as a whole, but some of the building facades are nearing the end of their life span

About the first set of three photos (concerning PKiN - Palace of Culture and Science): the first one is taken from south, the latter two are taken from east (third one from SE, to be fair), the do not present the same facade of the building.

true, thanks for noticing, but I was merely interested in presenting the contextual changes. contrasting post-war desolation with the dynamic city of today, although with still many undeveloped parcels in the city centre. cheers

From the scratch - no. But, as Urbanista1 mentioned, some of the buildings provisionally repaired after 1945 or devastated since, or with missing upper storeys or facade, are being refurbished and restored. In some cases (7, 9 Próżna St., 63 Jerozolimskie Ave.) it requires removing 3/4 of substance, changing the carcass, reconstruction of facade (from the scratch) and usually creating the modern extension of the building, hidden in the courtyard.

But if you are asking about reconstruction meaning something like in Dresden - not at the moment, no. Frankly speaking, after 1945-65 works there is not much to rebuild from the scratch: couple of palaces, maybe 20-30 rent houses.
