Love pics like this of any city. This picture was taken by Zapalaniec from the district of Mokotow, probably the least war damaged area of the city looking towards downtown:

I beg to disagree. On the left bank of Vistula it is rather Żoliborz, which is the least damaged. Only then comes Mokotów. Probably similar number of pre-war buildings there is in Ochota, which has plenty of 1920s "Polish mansion style" multi-storey buildings - thanks to them it looks in some places like real posh 19th century residential district, whereas Mokotów is clearly Interbellum period.

Ochota, Mokotow and Zoliboz were indeed the least damaged along with the right bank district of Praga. Although Srodmiescie (Downtown) South has a large number of surviving albeit often stripped of some detail turn of the century kamienice (multi-story residential mansions). Mokotow and Ochota both have mostly interbellum, not much pre WWI builings in Ochota or Mokotow.

It's a palace (Pałac Warszawskiego Towarzystwa Myśliwskiego), hidden behind this building: https://www.google.com/maps/@52.2378...ZxRg!2e0?hl=pl

I was not able to place descriptions for the photos (most of them). Please do, as there are people knowing Warsaw better than me.

Thanks for this post catcha, very interesting, no matter how many vantage points of the same ruins we see, it never gets boring. What a magnificent feat it is to restore the beauty of a city. A city built by millions over centuries now having to be rebuilt by a few minds replicating the past.
