Finally Warsaw. But still you said you will add up to 2 cities per country, so if there's no coverage for Katowice, why not add picture of Krakow or Lodz instead?

Sorry for disturbing this wonderful thread - Can somebody tell me where the Warsaw Ghetto was located? Which picture above shows it? Warsaw Centre? Where exactly?

look at the "Warsaw - CENTRE" image, there's the old town with the red roofs, west of it there are two green areas, the ghetto was located west of them, nowadays it has a regular orthogonal pattern that the area gained after the post war reconstruction. it extends from those parks to the dark green area of the cemetery in the west, and from the ongoing developments in the north (under the railway) to the almost empty and messed area around the palace of culture and science in the south.

Actually Warsaw ghetto was very small. It only had 2,6 sq km, but housed 400 000 people at peak.

Anyway, I will see what I can do. I'm under stress and pressure at the moment at work. I will continue with this thread as soon as possible. I also got myself a love life very recently and you know how it is when it's brand new

Well, let´s say "relatively small". Some of the old districts in Vienna for ex. (and for sure in some other European cities) aren´t bigger than 2,6sq km. It is like all of my home-district (5., Margareten) would be a ghetto - and that seems to be quite big to me.
Of course it is small for housing 400.000 people. You are right with that.
