I don’t like it – sorry. It looks like a can and when the windows are open it looks like on an exploded building. I give it 4. Other towers under construction in Zagreb look much better.

It's an average tower for a boring concept, a cylinder.
But it's still well done, the height is good, it isn't too fat, the colors are good, it's a pretty good mix IMO
