We don't need SM mall...may rockwell na kami....as usual same shops ang SM..bench, national bookstore, red ribbon, jollibee, watsons, ace hardware and SM supermarket.

As a unit owner, I prefer not to have a SM mall but some shops for the unit needs will be nice to have.

I prefer to have a mall/grocery that is very near my unit para nman isang baba mo lang pde ka na bumili ng kailangan mo... di naman din pasyalan ang hahanapin mo dyan sa mall na yan eh... convenience....

Agree... having shops readily available adds up to the convenience of staying here. No need to even stock on food and dry goods.
