![]() You have the best vantage point! Hope you won't mind if I request you to take a photo of the South Cemetery from the same vantage point so I'll know how it looks from above? Tnx!

The tombs of South Cemetery looks very disorganized from up there. Very unsightly. It's a total chaos. I've been inside (taking photos), and it's really creepy. Some old tombs were even destroyed already. |

This project is really creating a lot of Buzz. I have received a number of Letters of Intent for Jazz Residences already. SM is now head to head with Alveo projects that are for launch next year, one being the Zuellig Columns. Its no longer ALI vs Megaworld. Its now SM vs ALI. Competition truly drives progress. Great!

I'm interested in this project. All other things equal, which units do you think would have better value in the long term, the ones with CBD view or the cemetery view? Do you guys think it would be better to get a higher-floor unit? Thanks a bunch.

great location
It looks like the entire property is unobstructed from all sides. It would be great to get a corner unit here with views from all sides, at least 3 sides, is there anything like that in the floor plans? I would love to see it, i always prefer the higher floors. Ill appreciate any input.

Nearby buildings have same cemetery view (that is, if you are looking down). If you look straight the horizon, Mandaluyong/Ortigas skyline. Sabi nga ni condoeast, mesmerizing

They're DEAD
Individual preferences differ, i couldnt care less with a cemetery, people there are dead. Besides, imagine the peaceful days and nights ahead, especially if your unit is within the first 10 floors where you easily hear street noise. I hope the cemetery doesnt get developed soon, i heard its going to be developed by the city after the lease of the grave lots expires sometime soon. Then that part of makati will definitely be another additon to the skyline.

I'm working for one of a prominent businessman and woman (a couple)in japan and their condo a 6 bdrm is just adjacent to a cemetery.Just last week my male boss bought a ferrari car
after he and his wife bought a house and lot in hawaii last 2 months for 6miilion USdollars,is that a bad feng sui? Hope you got my point.

I'd be more afraid of the living people than dead people who are resting in peace. Future residents facing the South Cemetery are guaranteed to have unobstructed views for a long, long time.

why a lot of fuzz about the cemetery adjacent to this project? the essensa, pacific towers, fairways tower condominiums etc are next to or face the libingan ng mga bayani and/or the u.s. memorial cemetery, right?
bel-air village IV (across rockwell) was a former cemetery site, but look how progressive the whole area and its adjacent neighborhood like rockwell are now. feng sheui? who needs it? yes, if you want to scare yourself. |

As for me, it's not about bad feng shui. It's about the sight. I'm ok with The American Battle monunent and Heritage Park views. I'd love to wake up in the morning with them in sight. But these two are way way more organized than South Cemetery. Quote:

Again, it's not about luck or something similar. It's about the view. Believe me, the south cemetery view is not very relaxing. Unless it's a night view. |

i agree that it's a hoax!
if you are a christian, be aware that no such thing or even similar to it can be found in the bible. let's leave feng shui to the chinese (no offense meant here). i'd be happy to live in the jazz residences. |

Exactly my point, there is no connection whatsoever because (its just me),I don't believe in feng...
don't even know the spelling, don't believe in luck,(again just me)_.If God allows me to have a unit here, I'll be more than happy even if the view is the dazzling cemetery.
