yeah been asking that question here but so far no answer... I asked my agent and he said the contractor was the cause of delay... @___@ so if this happens? what happens to the payments?! I haven't even recieved any formal statement from SMDC about the delay of the turnover...

That's terrible way to treat a customer. Plenty of people will be affected:
1. those who are paying loan interest,
2. those who currently renting and need to maintain both accounts,
3. those who will lost rental income due to delay
I reckon we should start thinking class action..

You are not alone in a law suit against SMDC....isang kwarto na ata ang papers na mga demanda sa kanila kahit dito sa US.

Don't worry daw..pag namatay kayo sa kaka reklamo..libre daw libing sa likod.

i take it what that means is that our concerns are really nothing serious, just a small glitch that normally happens in large projects like this anyway. just be patient, it will all be sorted out. to be fair, i think SMDC still has better reputation compared to others. cross fingers (and toes, and everything else..)

Hi Joey, tnx for d updates, looks good. When tower A is TO'd in Q313, does that mean tenants can move in while construction with other towers are on-going?
