Based on these pics...it certainly has.

I remember one of the Dijboutean guys using the term "Dijbeauty"...I think it was GOETIA..they should definately use that caption for their tourism slogan

The Kempinski is amazing! It was built in like 3 months lol. I remember there being a COMESA meeting coming up and there was nowhere for all the dignitaries to go. Then this hotel was built within just weeks.

Built in 7 months to be exact! Impressive indeed, it was a record coz everything takes like an eternity to build usually

It was expanded since then though (about 177 rooms then, now about 400)
