DAR ES SALAAM | Tan House | 14 fl | U/C

It gets better and better...
Location: Victoria opp. La Prima
Kijitonyama will have its own skyline in 5 years time.this area from Morocco junction to Mwenge is having its own construction boom.

Tanhouse used to be one of the few high-rising and oldest building in that location...

I passed yesterday and I saw a sign showing all details of architect/QS/contractor etc...looks this sexy tower is about to start construction anytime. What amazed me more was the fact that another construction had already started on the opp. side by the name of GEPF (Govt Employees Profident Fund)

it looks like twin towers but they are attached as one structure.The designers wanted it to be unique and different from the rest in Dar
