did anyone went to mapex midvalley? Dis project preview at mapex....overall dis project is so much more better than summer suites by sunrise group..

height is beginning to become a small issue in kl... good sign can see more supertall condos like mumbai... dubai singapore... last time only like 38, 39 ,41 .... now got 50s.... in mumbai now 80s are simple matter... in dubai 60s 70s are small... matter... so far 40s are small matter in penang, mont kiara and klcc... it's gradual... but sadly it shows how lagging malaysia is.. hehe....

Cost pembinaan/Demand is the most important..it doesn't matter walaupun KL ada banyak bangunan rendah2...hmmmm

dis developer really agresive lately
new project from them, Sentul Prime, 36storey serviced apartment..dis is their latest after PV in taman melati and setapak lake city and the supercool Platinum tower.. |
