People looking to buy a 2 bed holiday home and for renting in Dubai tell me which you lot suggest out of the Armada Towers and GoldCrest on the Jumeria Lake Towers/

Reason these 2 because they offer good finance options which are affordable. GoldCrest offers 35% down payment now then finance kicks in when apartment built.
Armada 10% down then 90% finance over 10 years. |
