തിരുവനന്തപുരം: തിരുവനന്തപുരം ടെക്നോപാർക്കിന്റെ മൂന്നാം ഘട്ട വികസനം പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നു. കഴക്കൂട്ടത്ത് കുളത്തൂർ ഭാഗത്താണ് മൂന്നാം ഘട്ട വികസനപ്രവർത്തനം പുരോഗമിക്കുന്നത്.
പത്തു ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്ര അടിയിൽ പണിതുയർത്തിയതാണ് കെട്ടിടസമുച്ചയം. ഇതിന്റെ ഇരട്ട ഗോപുരങ്ങൾക്ക് ആനമുടി, പൊന്മുടി എന്നീ പേരുകളാണ് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
40 കമ്പനികൾക്ക് ഇതിനോടകം സ്ഥലം കൊടുത്തു കഴിഞ്ഞു. എച്ച്.സി.എൽ, ഒറാക്കിൾ, ക്യാപ് ജെമിനി പോലുള്ള ആഗോളകമ്പനികൾ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടും.
പ്രകൃതി സൗഹൃദ നിർമാണ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിനുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ ഗ്രീൻ ബിൽഡിങ് കൗൺസിലിന്റെ ഗോൾഡ് റേറ്റിങ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ലഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. ആദ്യമായാണ് ടെക്നോപാർക്കിലെ ഒരു നിർമാണ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിന് ഈ അംഗീകാരം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.
92 ഏക്കറിൽ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ടെക്നോപാർക്ക് മൂന്നാം ഘട്ടത്തിൽ വൈദ്യുതനിലയം, ജലവിതരണ സംവിധാനം, മാലിന്യനിർമാർജന സംവിധാനം, ഫുഡ് കോർട്ട്, വ്യാപാര സമുച്ചയങ്ങൾ, ബസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻതുടങ്ങിയ സൗകര്യങ്ങളുണ്ടാകും. മഴവെള്ള സംഭരണി സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുള്ള സംവിധാനവും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
