There were two big machines(i don't know the name, same used for digging ground for flyovers.)Digging ground near the chitrapura beach road.I think first 2 blocks are rightmost of their render.
There is a beautiful stream flowing in the center of plot.Hope they don't fill it.

I had been to this place many times years back. This area was usually filled up with water and water plants.now whole plot looks filled with mud.

Could see only this much in the gap of gate. and over the barriers.

It is still in the basement level or foundation but not more than that. We can clearly see this one easily from highway once it reaches 3 floors.

Raheja Universal - Turning Mangalore into Luxurious Lifestyle Destination

Quote:
Mangalore, Aug 8: The vibrant coastal city of Mangalore, which has been described as one of the fastest growing tier II cities of the country, is also rated as the second-fastest growing Indian city in terms of real estate boom. Mangalore is also touted as the fastest growing non-metro in South India. Naturally various developers from all over the country have evinced keen interest in this port city heralding a sea change in its real estate scenario. Its scenic and serene beauty coupled with low pollution and population makes it an ideal location for settlers and realtors.

Mangalore which has the right combination of modernity and traditionalism has already attracted many leading MNC’s IT/BT giants and real estate companies of high standing. Real Estate pantheons Raheja Universal is one such real estate bellwether in the country which is making its foray into the South, from Mangalore to start with, with its landmark luxury residential project “Raheja Waterfront”. There are enough indications to signify that this magnificent project from the house of Raheja Universal is likely to emerge as the new landmark in the skylines of Mangalore and is sure to give Mangaloreans a slice of what luxurious and natural living is all about.

Raheja Waterfront, a joint venture of Raheja Universal and Asha City Builders and Developers, is coming up at in Kulai, Mangalore, to the west of Chitrapura beach in a vast expanse of 45 acres of land. It is a 23 storey project offering spacious 2, 3, 3 ½ and 6 BHK apartments complete with ambrosial penthouses. Due to its strategic location on NH 66 (earlier NH 17), the area is easily accessible from Mangalore International Airport as well from the heart of Mangalore city with just 15 minutes drive. The residents will enjoy close proximity to necessary amenities like educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, railway station and other commercial spaces. MRPL and Mangalore SEZ are also located in close proximity of the project. The New Mangalore Port, which is India’s 9th largest port in terms of cargo handling and which handles 75% of India’s coffee exports, is just at a distance of 5 minutes drive from this site. Yet it is away from the maddening hustle-bustle of city life and will be a perfect abode for those desirous for comfy living in idyllic environs.

Amenities Aplenty

What is more! An apartment at Raheja Waterfront which comes with hoards lavish luxuries, starts at an affordable budget of Rs. 40 lakh onwards, a budget within the reach of many middle and upper middle class families. Apparently, Raheja Universal is targeting people who are aspiring to possess and enjoy sea-facing apartments including 2nd and 3rd generation Mangaloreans settled in different parts of the globe for a living. According to company sources, the project has received overwhelming response not only from Mangaloreans but also from those settled in Mumbai, Bangalore and in Gulf countries which shows that Raheja Universal is treading in the right path in reaching out to its target clients.
