I mean if the infrastructure law pass through the parliament then they allocate about $ 50 billion ( more or a little bit less i dont remember exactly) for several sectors including the ministry of construction or what ever it's called. So if the ministry of construction is getting for instance $ 5 billion dollars they can spend on schools, building etc. 17 % of these projects shall be build in the KRG. Can you feel me? Hopefully this law isn't getting implemented

But it doesnt make sense this cant be. The KRG has its own ministry of construction and it takes the construction within the KRG in it's own hands.

Doesn't matter. The KRG is still officially a part of Iraq.
