Thanks for posting that, Torch. It's worth noting that the document is not valid after March 2016 – that's probably why it's been published now. I think it's likely that the prices for the units have increased this year rather than the plans changing in any significant way. But, if anyone has $350 and feels like sharing, you can get a copy of this years document…

either that or a very wealthy family from a country will the entire family lives together. I know many middle eastern cultures are that way, and some in east Asia.

I think your right with the preassembling, and that theres no need for thermal expansion joints, but I guess the joints will stay for ventilate the facade from the back and to prevent mold in the insulation between the concrete and the limestone. That's at least what happens in Dubai, which doesn't mean I think this would be looking good.

its best to have a bedroom for each wife. things get complicated when you start doubling up your wives to rooms.
